LaToya Smith is a Brooklyn, New York native, and leads the company’s Business, Organizational and Learning & Development operations as Owner and CEO of 3S Tech & Talent LLC. She also oversees the company’s ongoing expansion into emerging niche markets.

LaToya is a Service Disabled Veteran of the US Coast Guard. During her time in service, she was awarded the DOT 9-11 Medal, Commandant's Letter Commendation and the US Coast Guard Medal for her efforts at Sector New York, both during and after the events of 9/11.

Jeff Smith is a Michigan native, and die hard Cubs fan! He leads the company’s DevOps, Application and Business IT operations as the CITO of 3S Tech & Talent LLC. He also oversees the company’s ongoing consulting work for Health Information Technology and Management.

Jeff is a Veteran of the US Navy, where he served as a Cryptologic Technician. With a double Master's in Information Security and Information Assurance, Jeff is rounding out his academic career with a PhD in Education Technology in 2021. His research is the basis of our first STEM E-Learning game, CalcVerse!

Jessica is an Instructional Designer with a passion for her work and life in general! She contributes to both Learning and Gaming projects and manages ongoing project efforts for our external L&D clients!

Joseph McIntyre, is one of our amazing Game Design & Development Specialist! He's always been surrounded by games, with those games pushing creative thoughts along with joy into his life and now he wishes to give back to the community that kept him going as a child. Joseph does this with the hope of inspiring and collaborating with more creators!

Through hard work, and saving up enough money, Joseph was able to go to Full Sail University to help fill his desire and curiosity about Game Development. The knowledge he gained there was incalculable, and the knowledge he is gaining at 3S helps him embrace my dream even more-so! 

And with the goal of having E-Learning be less mundane and more fun, Joseph hopes to inspire and intrigue audiences into thinking about software development in general.

When developing games, he strives to produce the best player experience with mechanics and gameplay, hoping for the player to feel joy and achievement! 
 

Stacie started off as an intern for 3S Tech & Talent, in April 2021. She assisted team members by providing input on accessibility for those who are blind or visually impaired. Being blind herself since 2016 (as a result of domestic violence/intimate partner violence), Stacie has been struggling with and fighting for accessibility of educational materials within her daughter's schools. Even though her daughter is not blind, Stacie feels that all materials need to be accessible in order to have disabled parents become more involved and understand what is happening at their child’s school.  

She has helped the 3S team with their government contract procurement process, as well as work on the Anvaya Feats project. She hopes to help in the development of an accessible mobile game for those who are blind or visually impaired. She has been so intrigued in the amount of knowledge each team member has and hopes to grow her knowledge base. She is now a team member, working in the role of Accessibility Support Specialist. She hopes to continue her education in assistive technology and advocacy to help make all of 3S accessible to all!

She plans to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy. She is going back to Temple University after a ten-year hiatus to complete her degree and plans to finish by 2023.

John, from NJ,  is a Software Developer and a proud member of the 3S Team.

His love for problem solving and automation are key drivers to his success in creating integration solutions as well as solutions for complex issues and changing needs. Always interested in what makes something tick, John never provides just a barebones solution, rather he enjoys understanding a problem at its core to deliver the best possible solution. This has also helped him in his 10 year long career in the technical field.

He dedicates a large quantity of his free time and his Software development skills to Volunteer work on a project that benefits many that are affected by natural disasters as well as assists in building projects for places of worship world-wide. He is also a foodie, a video game lover, and loves to get his hands on all the latest technology!

Mr. W@tt's award-winning instrumentals are as diverse as the city he was born and raised by Chicago, IL. Recordings from Stevie Wonder, George Duke, Parliament, and Roy Ayers to name a few, all planted seeds for a life filled with music. Garnering further influences from Pete Rock, Rza, Timbaland, and The Roots, he began to build his skills and musical catalog.

Chris is proficient in composing House Music, Soulful Hip Hop, Orchestral scores, and Funky Neo-Soul as the foundation to keep clients coming back. With over 20 years of practice and meticulous attention to detail composing, arranging, mixing, and a music production degree, it's time to gather ideas, collaborate
and, create amazing experiences.
