Data Storage Crisis

 

Many of us store data with little thought to the future of the application that is used. Few organizations give thought to the stability application and health of the vendor company that their business depends on. 

 

3S Tech & Talent was contacted to build a new, open application to save the data from an older system that operated on only one computer. The application's vendor was out of business which meant there would be restricted access to the source code. Equipped only with a description of the what the device output looked like

3S Tech & Talent was able to successfully reverse-engineer the application and retrieve all of the information as well as output with the correct formatting in a new web-application.

 

As the customer was required to save this information for seven years, this kept them from expensive litigation and potential penalties.
